EAA YOUNG EAGLES DAY - BRAKPAN- BENONI AIRFIELD 25.02.2023
The EAA promotes the building, restoration and flying of non-type certificated aircraft through the provision of scientific information and educational programmes, infrastructural development and participation in the development of relevant legislation.

The EAA is organised into countrywide chapters, and coordinated by a National Committee. The EAA of SA is also linked to the EAA of USA and follows their charter. Many members attend the annual pilgrimage to Oshkosh being the “Biggest Aviation Convention in the World”.

We are a community of passionate aviation enthusiasts that promotes and supports recreational flying. We fly them. We fix them. We even build them. It's about passion, camaraderie, that ol' can-do spirit, and a grassroots way of sharing our love of aviation with others. We enrich the participation experience by
>> Nurturing interest in aviation
>> Supporting clear pathways to participation
>> Protecting rights and the freedom to fly
>> Cultivating and providing knowledge, information, and resources
>> Embracing diverse interests, camaraderie, and fun
